Halloween Party 2023
Trick-or-treat! The Showa Elementary School Halloween party was on Thursday, October 26th. Students could do many scary and fun activities with many different teachers all around the school. All the students used English as much as possible and even the Japanese teachers had a chance to use English to play the games. During the break times, students could get special Halloween stickers from the teachers. Of course, they had to say “trick-or-treat” first! The students wore special Halloween hats that they made in their English classes by listening to instructions in English and talking to their teachers about their designs. We liked their creative skills and hard work. The boys and girls had fun seeing the teachers wearing their Halloween costumes. Halloween is a tradition all around the world, so it is fun and interesting for the students to experience other cultures. Happy Halloween, everyone!
